These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any software we distribute, which carries its own licence agreement, and they do not govern client engagements, which are governed by the signed contract for that engagement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement prevails.

You may read, use, and share this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The text, design, code, and graphics on this site belong to Vertex Infinite unless stated otherwise. You may quote or reference material with attribution. You may not republish the site wholesale or present it as your own.

We work to keep this site accurate and we list only credentials we actually hold and work we actually performed. Even so, the site is provided for general information. It is not technical, legal, or commercial advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a contract between us.

Work shown in the track record was engineered by our founder for client teams in previous roles, before Vertex Infinite was formed. Those products belong to the clients who own them. Product and client names are withheld under mutual non-disclosure agreements. It is presented as evidence of engineering capability, not as a portfolio of products owned by Vertex Infinite.

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

This site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kachchh, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect statutory rights you may have in your own country.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
