Privacy Policy

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, and we use it only to reply to you.

When you submit the contact form, it is sent directly to our own server on this domain, which emails it to us. It does not pass through any third-party form or marketing service. We receive what you entered: your name, your email address, your company, what you need, the stage your project is at, and anything you wrote in the message field.

Alongside that, the submission records the IP address it was sent from and the time it was sent. That is used only to detect and limit automated abuse of the form, and it is kept with the message rather than in any separate profile of you.

The chat assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser. It matches your question to answers we have written in advance; what you type into it is not sent to us or to anyone else, and is not stored.

We use all of it solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. If your browser has no way to reach our server, the form falls back to opening a message in your own email client — in that case nothing reaches us until you press send yourself.

Our hosting provider records standard server request data, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine it with any other data or use it to identify you.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other third-party service is loaded by this site.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics or advertising cookies are used. Some pages remember small preferences in your browser’s local storage (for example, whether you have dismissed a prompt). That information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Where we are engaged on a project, we operate under a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed before any technical discovery begins. Client code, architecture, and business data are treated as confidential, are not used for any purpose beyond the engagement, and are not referenced publicly. Client work is committed directly to the client’s own repositories.

Email correspondence is retained while a conversation is active and for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to keep it, such as an ongoing engagement or a legal or tax obligation. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to info@vertexinfinite.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and reputable providers for email and hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim that ours is. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made silently.
